Thank you very much for your KU posting. I enjoy reading so much, that my husband had bought an iPad mini. That way I won’t turn our home into a virtual wall to wall with pocketbooks & hardcover books. He is happy and I am happy😉..keep the harmony at all costs. I started “burying (actually what I meant was, reading) from an early age. When you have an older brother and a younger one who have perfected the art of ignoring their sister, you try to find something to do, that is when I found that reading can be a wonderful way of passing time and stay out of trouble at the same time. Since then, no matter where we went, I always had a book with me. It never stopped. When our first child was born, I would read to her before bedtime, rainy afternoons, or anytime we could find the time. Sometimes, she would find me, pull me to her room and start pointing to her favorite books. Those are the times when dinner would be rather late. 26 years later, my husband & I would find books as part of her wish list from Santa. Now, when our second child was born, I tried to introduce our son to the joys of reading. He reads, but he is not an avid reader as his older sister. There are times that I find a bundle of stories from different authors anywhere from 99 cents to 2.99. I went ahead and purchased the bundle and was pleasantly surprised as to how good they were. And me, I started purchasing the remainder of the series. This experience taught me a good lesson…do not pass judgement until you’ve tried it first. Ergo, I do not pass any opinion until I have read the book😉
